Coverage to Safeguard Your Product
In an effort to provide a positive experience to our clients, we offer Through Life Support. This is an additional service to provide assurance that your Coda Octopus product is covered for all manufacturer defects, to keep software up to the latest version available, and to provide support and training (at discounted rates) to your staff for a period of five (5) years from your date of purchase.
- Extended Hardware Warranty for five (5) years
- 24-hour support, seven days per week throughout the year (TEAM)
- Software and firmware upgrades to the latest versions (both major and minor releases)
- A loan system where appropriate and available in the event of any manufacturer’s defect
- Up to two return to base maintenance and calibration services during the Support Period.
