Channel Route Survey and Clearance

Channel and Route Clearance surveys are required for either new construction projects such as pipe or cable routes, or for channel depth inspection to support deep draft vessels and assets. It is critical in both scenarios to provide unambiguous and high level of detail survey data to the operators in real-time to make essential decisions for remediation.

Our real-time 3D volumetric sonar technology provides a high level of confidence to users for this application requiring subsea channels be completely and efficiently cleared of all boulders, debris, high-spots and other operational hazards.

Our innovative real-time 3D volumetric sonar solutions make this process simpler, safer and more efficient by presenting users with a live, real-time 3D image of the inspection area with unprecedented data density and fidelity to see the smallest navigational hazards that often lay completely undetected by standard multi-beam systems.

The Echoscope® real-time 3D sonar visualizes unwanted objects on the sea bed instantly, from either static or moving vessels. Given the unique volumetric capability of the system, shadows are completely infilled and small targets are detected by multiple angular beams increasing the target's visibility.
