Overview

The 3D Connect (NGS) is the newest generation of power, control and data integration units designed specifically for the newest generation of sonars, the Echoscope PIPE NANO Gen Series^®. The new 3D Connect (NGS) is designed to optimally support multiple sensor deployments (such as sonars, rotators, external cameras, LiDAR and GNSS systems). The 3D Connect (NGS) supports Gigabit ethernet networking support as standard for all attached sensors and computers.

Designed to effortlessly handle data and control of all Coda Octopus 3D Hardware, while also supporting additional sensors such as Sound Velocity Profilers, which are easily integrated with the 3 onboard serial ports and auxiliary 12V power. The 3D Connect (NGS) allows users to further simplify deployment of the Echoscope^® range of 3D sonars, increasing project efficiency by saving surveyors time with an intuitive, easy-to-use solution.

Its web-based diagnostics and monitoring interface enable simple online control of all connected devices, including power usage, which is essential for battery or generator-based power setups. Moreover, it is fully supported in all Coda Octopus software, including 4G USE^®, and Construction Monitoring Solution (CMS). With the flexibility to be mounted on walls for permanent setups or used on any available vessel, the 3D Connect (NGS) offers both AC and DC power options, making it an ideal choice for deploying Echoscope PIPE NANO Gen Series^® on any vessel or platform.
