Arrangements for printer repairs
We
operate a dedicated repair service in the UK and a standard fixed
price applies to basic repairs. This includes initial assessment
of the faults, repair and test, regardless of the complexity of
the problem; in many cases there is no additional charge. Any
replacement parts required are charged according to list price
and all repair work carries a 3 month warranty.
